We specialise in new builds and renovations, working closely with architects, designers, and clients to deliver homes that people are proud to live in . Quality matters at every stage, from early planning through to final delivery.

Alt Construction is led by Richard Di Bartolo, Robert Verga, Chris Di Bartolo and Ben Tesoriero, a hands-on leadership team with deep experience across residential and commercial construction.

Richard brings over 40 years of personal experience in the industry, starting as a carpentry apprentice and building a career that now shapes how every Alt Construction project is planned and delivered.

Robert began his apprenticeship under Richard in the mid-1980s. A partnership that long, built on reliability and honesty, is a story in itself; and a signal of the culture the business is built on.

Chris and Ben hold formal qualifications in building and construction and lead estimating, contracts, and delivery. They bring a structured and detail-driven yet personable approach to project delivery, ensuring every build is well-managed, coordinated, and executed to a high standard from start to finish.

Together, the leadership team takes an active role in every project, combining deep trade knowledge with a modern, organised approach to building.

Our site teams are led by Joe, Scott, Daniel and Mark, a close-knit group who have worked alongside us for many years.

They are on site day-to-day, overseeing the build and working closely with our broader team to ensure each project runs smoothly. Their long-term involvement reflects the culture at Alt Construction, where people stay, relationships matter and projects are treated with genuine care.

Alongside our site leaders, our carpenters and apprentices are an integral part of the Alt Construction team. Many have been with us for years, developing their skills within our processes and standards, and contributing to the consistency across our projects.
